Q - I need to take care of registration for my family member while he/she is deployed. What is required? A - Under the guidelines of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), a student must file a “written consent” form with the Office of Registration to allow family members to assist with educational business at Idaho State University.
